To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyBookmark's total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkyBookmark is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify registered users via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of SkyBookmark after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
